Eliassen Group has an exciting opportunity for a Product Researcher/Data Collector who’s interested being at the forefront of the Voice First frontier with whitespace for creative thinking. Our client is conducting various beta testing over the next three years with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant users and they need someone to communicate and collect data from the users.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Product Researcher:

• Design and execute testing with Amazon Echo and Google Assistant users
• Offer clear and concise instructions and step by step guidance to ensure proper testing
• Engage with users face to face and via phone interviews, one on one and in groups
• Serve as the voice of the customer and communicate relevant information appropriately
• Provide customer support and problem solve on demand

Requirements of the Product Researcher:

• At least 2 years of research and data collection experience
• Voice First experience desired (Alexa, Google Assistant, Cortona, Siri, Bixby, etc.)
• UX Design experience desired
• Project or product management experience a plus
• Able to travel locally up to 20%
• Excellent communication skills - a must
