Job Description

Our client is one of the oldest independent biotech companies in the world, with a commitment to innovation, excellence, and continual improvement of quality of life for people around the globe. They are currently looking for a Program Coordinator to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities of the Program Coordinator:

  • Assist with purchase orders and accruals
  • Help with modeling for programs and quarterly forecasting
  • Work with accounting to produce quarterly and annual reports
  • Play a critical role in planning for multi-year forecasting
  • Continually identify opportunities to drive financial improvement
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and internal policies and standards

Requirements of the Program Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting of Finance
  • At least 3 years of accounting and finance experience 
  • A blend of public accounting and private industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency with an ERP system - Oracle or SAP required
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning/Hyperion Essbase a plus
  • Highly competent in MS Office, including Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
