We have an excellent opportunity for a Program Manager with IDM/IAM experience to join our industry-leading client in the Greater Boston Area.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

  • Regularly communicate to manage, maintain, and support stakeholder relationships 
  • Work across various teams to plan systematic releases in line with product backlog
  • Constantly monitor financials of program and adjust allocations appropriately
  • Track key project milestones across the program portfolio to ensure on-time delivery
  • Ensure delivered solution meets the quality expectations of the key stakeholders

Requirements of the Program Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • MBA or Master's preferred; PMP highly desired
  • At least 5 years of program management experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management supporting diverse stakeholders
  • Agile certifications or equivalent preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
