Are you a passionate Program/Project Manager with strong Agile/Scrum Master experience and the ability to guide Product teams?

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:
  • Provide monitoring and monthly status reporting of program and product
  • Serve as Scrum Master for daily stand ups 
  • Oversee backlog and work management across team
  • Help to manage finances and resourcing
  • Help to remove impediments or escalate as appropriate
  • Support project management for larger initiatives 
Requirements of the Program Manager:
  • Training in Agile/Scrum Master concepts and practices
  • Ability to guide product performance and ways to improve
  • Experience with product and backlog management and related tools
  • Experience with product content management/tools 
  • Efficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Digital marketing and eCommerce background a plus
  • Experience with marketing technology a huge plus
