Our leading client in Westwood is seeking a results-oriented Program Manager with project management expertise to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:
  • Supervise IT network and security project managers 
  • Maintain a program milestone schedule
  • Monitor risk, issues, and dependencies
  • Work with PMs to identify risk mitigation options
  • Provide governance structure for decision making
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery
  • Coordinate cross-project activities 
Requirements of the Program Manager:
  • Proficient in all aspects of project management body of knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Demonstrated experience successfully supervising people and managing projects
  • High energy, detail-oriented, with high caliber written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to plan and execute organizational change management
