Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our leading client.

This is a rare, 100% remote position and can sit anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities of the Project Administrator:

  • Provide general project tracking against plan
  • Understand project goals and priorities
  • Help PMs prepare project plans and presentations
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support
  • Monitor and report on cross-project dependencies
  • Report to project managers/PMO

Requirements of the Project Administrator:

  • At least 2 years of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project/Visio experience required
  • At least 1 year of Project Coordination experience required
  • At least 1 year of SharePoint experience preferred
  • Several years of budget tracking experience preferred
  • Ability to coordinate project plans across teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Experience in a corporate setting
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Strong financial background
