Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator with our industry-leading client in Quincy.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Project Administrator:

  • Verify the level of adherence to SDLC requirements
  • Ensure evidence artifacts have required approvals and proper documentation
  • Select spot check candidates and generate a summary report to leadership
  • Update email distribution list based on new/past teams
  • Ensure adequate project tracking in SharePoint

Requirements of the Project Administrator:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Solid knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Good experience with SharePoint, Rational Team Concert (RTC)
  • Knowledgeable of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
