Job Description

Our industry-leading client is seeking a contract Project Analyst for approximately 12 months to support several projects and initiatives within Enterprise Technology Delivery.

Responsibilities of the Project Analyst:

  • Coordinate project meetings: establish agenda, participants, and time/space
  • Attend project meetings, document decisions and follow up/action items
  • Document and track tasks to completion, ensuring project resources fulfill their assigned tasks
  • Assist with project task prioritization
  • Report on outstanding items and tasks
  • Escalate project risk to leadership

Requirements of the Project Analyst:

  • Training or education in Project Management or Business preferred
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive tasks to successful, on-time completion
  • Experience with Agile PM tools like JIRA, VersionOne, or Real Time Board
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired
  • Strong technical background
  • Clear and effective communication skills across multiple audiences
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Skype for Business, GoToMeeting, and SharePoint helpful
  • Dedication to continuous improvement
  • Experience with Visio and Agile methodology
