Job Description

Are you a skilled Project Coordinator with biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industry experience? Are you looking to work with a world-leading organization to make an impact? If so, we may have just the role for you with our client in Cambridge.

Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

  • Coordinate projects, working closely with project manager
  • Prepare project status reports, and coordinate schedules
  • Ensure resources are appropriately utilized
  • Identify and resolve technical problems
  • Document all project phases

Requirements of the Project Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience 
  • Biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in a shared services/GBS environment strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Project and Visio
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
