Job Description

Eliassen Group is looking for a Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the COVID-19 project manager and other project resources during the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a consistent and integrated incident response process with all workforce and vendors.

Preferred experience: employment law/OSHA law and regulations/public healthcare/healthcare incident response and contact tracing.

Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
  • Act as a subject matter expert to alert, advise, and guide operational, process, and policy decisions related to responding to and managing COVID 19 incidents:
    • Monitor CDC/city/county/state updates
    • Ensure alignment to CDC/OSHA guidance as well as city/county/state mandates and regulations
    • Liaise with Johns Hopkins and internal SME groups to ensure employment law compliance and operational effectiveness
    • In partnership with internal SMEs, develop, establish, and update COVID 19 prevention and response plans for all company locations as the workplaces continue to reopen
  • Provide continuous monitoring of COVID 19 incident dashboard during business hours
  • Conduct follow up calls with individuals who receive a concerning response to health screening process and triages situation
  • Verify dashboard information; name, supervisor, vendor, vendor liaison, floor, space, Business Unit, location(s)
  • Establish/Identify close contacts within the workplace 
  • Coordinate communications
  • Ensure the appropriate communications, including instructions and next steps, are sent within 24 hours to all impacted persons
  • Provide coverage for a COVID-19 hotline during set hours
  • Conduct follow up communications with:
    • HR Group Consulting to manage return to work plans
    • Vendor liaisons to manage return to work plans
    • Internal stakeholders to provide information to inform business risk assessments
  • Complete After Action Review on each incident
  • Produce weekly COVID-19 incident status report
