Responsibilities of the Project Manager: 
  • Manage the project timeline, budget, financials and scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing, Corp Functions and Enterprise) to understand impact due to migration, negotiate timelines, and ensure smooth services migration.
  • Develop & Champion Factory model to migrate on-prem Integration services newly built Integration Platform in an agile/incremental manner
  • Lead change management activities in close collaboration with the Migration change management team and track leads
  • Collaborate with implementation partners to create and maintain the integrated project plan
  • Collaborate with Migration program leads and other Migration track leads; escalation issue to leadership as needed
  • Facilitate the decision-making process and communicates as needed during the migration
  • Works with implementation partners to manage issues, timelines, scope, and costs
  • Monitor & report on project progress, identify and resolve project issues, and assist in overseeing the development of high-quality work products
  • Leads company resources and ensure their tasks are completed
  • Ensure sign-off of work product
Requirements of the Project Manager:
  • At least 5 years experience in project management
  • Experience managing IT projects - implementing preferably middleware platforms and integration services
  • Experience managing cross functional & high impact projects
  • Experience on Agile Scrum methodology 
  • Experience managing at least one large project using Agile Scrum
  • Experience with Agile management tools like Jira, Microsoft Planner, MS Project
  • Willing to work flexible hours (teleconferences outside of core business hours)
  • Experience migrating services from on premises to cloud hosted platforms preferred
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry and GxP Processes as applicable to Qualification/Validation preferred
  • Experience in organizational change management preferred
