Our client is a leading connectivity and media organization serving millions of customers across the United States under a well-known brand. The company operates at national scale with significant assets and a large employee base, delivering cable, broadband, phone, and media services to residential and business customers.
Rate: $45.00 to $50.00/hr. w2
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Utilize cross-functional capabilities to manage and deliver projects effectively.
- Engage in provisioning discussions and provide insights based on experience.
- Collaborate with team members to identify solutions and drive project success.
- Maintain a cohesive team environment, ensuring all members can gel and mesh effectively.
- Work onsite 4 days a week to facilitate team collaboration and project management.
Experience Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with emphasis on charter or provisioning.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with IT and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience asking and answering questions related to provisioning.
- Demonstrated collaborative problem-solving to figure out solutions as a team.
- Ability to discuss past experiences partnering with IT and working well with others.
