Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
  • Build deep subject matter knowledge to create project plans
  • Build and motivate team members to meet project goals/milestones
  • Ensure end-to-end project management and timely, high quality delivery
Requirements of the Project Manager:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Proficiency in software such as MS Office, MS Project, ServiceNow, SmartSheet
  • Experience with risk management in financial services industry
  • Ability to demonstrate in-depth understanding of projects managed
  • Motivated self-starter, ability to adapt to change 
  • Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills
