Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
  • Act as the single go-to person for all activities happening regarding the DCAMM OnBase platform supporting our Knowledge Center and ECM platform projects including coordinating all activities with members of project management teams
  • Assist with reporting requirements of A&F PMO office and the DCAMM CIO and provide regular updates as required
  • Assist with the organization and review of deliverables related their respective projects as required
  • Coordinate follow-up and next steps for DCAMM staff related to the activities of IT projects
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with project team members, senior leadership, and stakeholders
  • Ensures that tasks and outputs are timely and high quality
  • Develops, documents and maintains records of current project plans, meeting minutes, etc and respond proactively to requests for information
  • Prepare and design presentation-ready project reports using graphics and desktop publishing software
  • Coordinate conference calls and meetings; record and follow up on meeting minutes  
Requirements of the Project Manager:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience, or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of information technology design and development
  • Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner in order to meet the dynamic needs of the team
  • Strong analytic, collaboration and communication (oral and written) skills necessary to interact with all levels of management
  • Attention to and precision with detail
  • Ability to work independently and process quickly, independently prioritizing work activities
  • Demonstrated experience in using computer-based tools including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and database products
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools such as JIRA
  • Experience in a systems design and development environment preferred
