Our client seeks two Project Support Analysts to support engineering project activities across work order coordination, change request verification, data updates in engineering systems, and project closeout tracking. The role will collaborate with engineering, GIS, EAM, permitting, and vendor teams to ensure accurate records, timely task completion, and reliable reporting for utility and engineering operations projects.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $46.00 to $50.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Verify all Equipment Change Requests have been submitted and consult with engineering to confirm quantities.
- Ensure GIS update requests are submitted to the GIS team.
- Confirm Asset Automation has been run in Maximo and validate asset data completeness.
- Verify work order tasks are completed and closed, coordinating with owners as needed.
- Confirm Facilities Ratings Database updates and track related notifications.
- Collaborate with ARC Analyst to resolve ARC failures.
- Work with engineering on redlines and as-built completion.
- Follow up with permitting to ensure all permits are closed.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to address unresolved double poles.
- Provide team updates on closeout activities until project completion.
- Complete CCFs monthly until project close.
- Adjust and manage forecasts through project close.
- Send follow-up communications to drive task completion.
- Prepare monthly reporting as required.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience supporting engineering project activities, including change requests and work order coordination.
- Familiarity with engineering systems such as GIS and Maximo.
- Proficiency with Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Background in work order support, documentation control, permitting coordination, and basic analysis.
- Utility or engineering operations and project experience preferred.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
