Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter with our industry-leading client in Washington.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

  • Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle
  • Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates
  • Comply with desktop procedures
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the workflow of the applicant tracking system
  • Submit and review candidates to the customer
  • Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers' needs
  • Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present talent as well as create and maintain long-lasting professional relationships
