We have an exciting opportunity for a Remedy Engineer with our industry-leading client in DC.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities of the Remedy Engineer:

  • Develop and manage all Remedy ITSM integration activities
  • Architect BMC Remedy platform to meet requirements
  • Provide technical leadership for integration technology, design, and requirements
  • Analyze, integrate, develop workflow, document, test, and implement solutions
  • Modify/configure prioritized ITSM modules and any other configurations needed
Requirements of the Remedy Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience; additional years of experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 7 years of experience providing Remedy system administration support
  • Experience managing Remedy development activities with proficiency in SDLC and DevOps principles
  • Experience supporting large user enterprise environments
  • Experience implementing large-scale Remedy-based ITSM solutions
  • Excellent BMC Remedy product knowledge
