Job Description

Our client is an international information technology and solutions consulting company. They are currently seeking a Requirements Analyst to join their dedicated team. 

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. We offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Requirements Analyst:

  • Work with all levels of the company to recommend production systems and application changes to meet business needs
  • Organize business requirements and communicate information to all levels of the software development team
  • Create reference documents and guides
  • Ensure that assigned deliverables are completed on time
  • Demonstrate application changes to product owners as they are delivered so that additional changes or modifications are recognized early in the development process
  • Conduct peer reviews to gather feedback on materials created

Requirements of the Requirements Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical area or equivalent experience 
  • At least 5 years of experience writing requirements documents and experience as a Requirements or Business analyst
  • Experience with MS Office tools 
  • Able to analyze and communicate technical details through documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
