Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Manager with our industry-leading client in Frederick.

Due to federal security contract requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities of the RMA Manager:

  • Manage and mentor technical staff
  • Ensure repaired equipment meets customer standards
  • Ensure documentation is comprehensive and accurate
  • Compile performance evaluations and training records for HR
  • Respond to external customer inquiries effectively
  • Set and maintain job repair schedules according to SLAs
  • Assist with repairs/production as needed

Requirements of the RMA Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or, diploma and 4 years of experience
  • At least 3 years in server-based hardware support and/or assembly
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or project management experience
  • CompTIA A+ required or 2 year's of job specific related experience
  • CompTIA Server+ or 2 year's of job specific related experience desired
  • Ability to assemble and troubleshoot computer hardware
