Do you possess broad expertise in Agile practices and processes along with Scaled Agile Framework release training engineering?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Reston.

Responsibilities of the SAFe RTE/Agile Coach:

  • Act as servant leader and coach for the Program/Agile Train
  • Communicate with stakeholders and escalate impediments 
  • Drive relentless program improvement
  • Support Agile Release Train planning and execution
  • Help to track feature and capability execution
  • Help manage risks and dependencies
  • Support Agile coaching activities across program
Requirements of the SAFe RTE/Agile Coach:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of IT SW development experience
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master/Kanban practitioner
  • At least 5 years of project management and/or Scrum Master experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a RTE; SPC or RTE certification strongly preferred
  • Technical aptitude to support program's use of work management and collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle and Project Management Life Cycle
  • Ability to understand future product needs and influence their prioritization for Scrum team execution
  • Experience working with Agile delivery teams
