Job Description

Our leading government integrator client is seeking a results-driven Salesforce Engineer to assist with enterprise modernization efforts.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Due to federal security contract requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Engineer:
  • Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements
  • Prototype and validate user stories and to-be process flows
  • Collaborate across teams and with 3rd party vendors
  • Complete configuration for user stories within Salesforce if needed
  • Facilitate key meetings with 3rd party developers and stakeholders
  • Assist with system documentation and provide end user training
Requirements of the Salesforce Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related experience
  • Expertise in architecting and designing Salesforce implementations in a large enterprise environment
  • At least 4 years of experience using Salesforce to develop client or business solutions
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience with systems development life cycle in a government agency
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a collaborative team environment
  • Knowledge of customer contact center and Salesforce integration with telephony
