Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Special Access Program Security Officer with our industry-leading national security client in Arlington.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities of the SAP Security Officer:

  • Lead security briefings and debriefings
  • Establish, monitor, and maintain security requirements for SAP programs
  • Act as the security SME as it relates to SAP
  • Provide personnel security, information security, and physical security
  • Ensure facility is able to pass inspections
  • Conduct document reviews

Requirements of the SAP Security Officer:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • At least 8 years of experience in security management, including at least 5 years of senior level management in a SAP or SCI environment
  • Thorough understanding of relevant DoD security guidelines
  • Knowledge of SAP security concepts, principles, and practices
  • Skilled in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating security programs
  • Ability to establish and build effective working relationships
