Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for a SCCM/Vulnerability Management Administrator to join our innovative client in DC.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities of the SCCM/Vulnerability Management Administrator:

  • Evaluate security patches and determine implementation 
  • Test and implement patches using SCCM/WSUS
  • Provide tier 3 support for patch-related issues
  • Coordinate with system owners to enhance security posture
  • Document SOPs and test plans
  • Develop and maintain status reports

Requirements of the SCCM/Vulnerability Management Administrator:

  • Demonstrated expertise in vulnerability remediation, SQL, and Windows OS
  • Experience with Shavlik/Ivanti patch management system
  • Working knowledge of Nessus vulnerability scanner and the ability to run and read reports
  • Working knowledge of scripting languages
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter able to perform with minimal supervision
