Responsibilities of the Scrum Master

  • Coordinate and compile all application SDLC tasks for appropriate release planning
  • Execute projects and perform the role of a scrum facilitator and coach for agile development teams in ensuring Book-of-work items are delivered on time into the specific systems
  • Support IT owners throughout product development cycle
  • Conduct weekly scrum team meetings and provide IT team support during sprint planning and execution
  • Support the team on their understanding of Agile and deliver a product
  • Manage all aspects of projects
  • Work on LDSC migrations

Experience of the Scrum Master:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination/SDLC lifecycle
  • Ensure IT teams actions are aligned with the project goals
  • Bring transparency to IT organization from the Change Management Organization
  • Experience in leading and managing complex project lifecycles
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Experience in Project Management Tools
  • Excellent communication skills with all technical knowledge levels
  • Experience working with onsite and offshore teams
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Change management experience in a software development SDLC environment
