If so, we may have the ideal role for you as a Scrum Master/Project Manager with our client in Boston.

Responsibilities of the Scrum Master/Project Manager:
  • Lead daily Scrums to support cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate project meeting logistics, agendas, and attendees 
  • Track tasks to completion: ensure individuals understand tasks and timelines
  • Drive transparency, issue resolution, escalation, and risk management
  • Partner with internal business and IT stakeholders and vendors to implement solutions
  • Document stories and tasks for completion across multiple teams
  • Escalate risks and blocking issues that could delay delivery
Requirements of the Scrum Master/Project Manager:
  • At least 4 years of PM/IT experience; CSM a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Technical competency: familiarity with hand-coded HTML and JavaScript
  • Background to ensure successful delivery and skill to effectively manage it
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language is ideal
  • Ability to translate business needs into epics and stories for Scrum teams
  • Experience with systems integration (SFTP, XML, CSV, etc.)
  • Experience with Jira or equivalent Agile PM tool
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive tasks to completion
  • Excellent relationship building skills
