Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented Scrum Master to work with them in Hartford, CT.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Scrum Master:
  • Guide multiple scrum teams in various work streams
  • Mentor teams in using Agile/Scrum methods and guide the implementation of methods
  • Lead daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective meetings as well as the scrum process
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to guarantee that business value of backlog items are prioritized appropriately
  • Create project metrics, validate service level compliance, and  make recommendations to guarantee quality and timeliness of deliverables 
Requirements of the Scrum Master:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Project Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Prior experience leading teams in Scrum and Kanban Agile Methodologies
  • Expert level knowledge of Agile concepts such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, Test-driven Development, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, etc
