Are you a dedicated, process-driven Scrum Master with Agile experience? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Westlake Village.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Scrum Master:
  • Leverage a servant leadership approach to lead and support team
  • Guide team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, principles, and theory
  • Coach team to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable, comfortable pace
  • Remove impediments or guide teams to remove impediments to success
  • Foster a trusting and safe environment without fear of blame or retribution
  • Liaise between product owners and team to ensure all targets and requirements are met
  •  Facilitate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery
  • Coordinate activities across Scrum teams
  • Leverage data to measure and monitor progress  
  • Track and communicate team progress  
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
Requirements of the Scrum Master:
  • 3-5 years of experience
