Are you a skilled Scrum Master with a CSM certification and extensive project management experience? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our leading financial services client in McLean!

Responsibilities of the Scrum Master:

  • Track and report on team velocity and progress
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Ensure development teams adhere to Agile practices
  • Assist with internal and external communication and transparency
  • Participate in team standards, tools, and best practices development
  • Facilitate discussion and conflict-resolution
  • Empower team to self-organize

Requirements of the Scrum Master:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; CSM required
  • At least 5 years of project management experience
  • At least 5 years of Scrum Master experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across diverse audiences
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  • Excellent understanding of Agile SDLC practices
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Ability to coach team to their highest potential
  • Collaborative approach to decision-making
  • Strong problems solving skills with excellent attention to detail
