Job Description

Our technology focused client has an exciting Scrum Master opportunity available in St. Louis, MO. This is an immediate hire position with a dynamic organization!

As a Scrum Master, you will support cross functional projects related to financial management services and equities throughout their entire product lifecycle. In this role, you will promote Agile values and principles, remove impediments, and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for your teams; you will also collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders and provide enterprise management for all related project activities.

Salary Range: $45.00 to $65.00 per hour

Duration: 6+ months

Requirements for the Scrum Master:

  • 3-5+ years of proven Scrum Master experience
  • Equities and Financial Management Services experience required
  • Agile, Scrum, or PMP certifications are highly preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
  • Prior experience supporting onshore and offshore teams to support preexisting applications and new integrations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a plus
