We have a remarkable opportunity for a Senior Agile Business Analyst with our leading defense client in DC.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active Top Secret Clearance.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities of the Senior Agile Business Specialist:

  • Capture user needs and facilitate requirements gathering in support of product team
  • Ensure user's perspective is considered throughout development activities 
  • Focus requirements gathering on improving user experience and engagement
  • Identify core business needs and document in workflow diagrams, as needed

Requirements of the Senior Agile Business Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of overall experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst
  • Experience with requirements management tools: JIRA, TFS
  • Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban certification
