Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Agile Coach to guide our client's Agile transformation program for their technology and digital group.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Agile Coach:

  • Act as a critical driver of enterprise Agile adoption
  • Shape broader transformation at an organizational level
  • Influence strategic direction of the organization
  • Ensure teams focus on delivering customer value
  • Guide definition of metrics and strategic investment
  • Coach and advise leaders to facilitate cultural change
  • Mentor fellow coaches to develop coaching capabilities 

Requirements of the Senior Agile Coach:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar
  • Experience as an Agile team member and coach
  • Solid grasp of SDLC best practices 
  • Excellent leadership skills and desire to teach and mentor others
  • Ability to deliver on time under pressure
  • Experience teaching Agile in a workshop or classroom setting preferred
