Our client is optimizing and scaling Airtable solutions for vendor management and contract lifecycle workflows. The team operates in a scrum environment and values practical expertise in Airtable formulas, automations, interfaces, and scripting to drive secure, maintainable integrations with enterprise systems. The engagement includes enhancing existing implementations, documenting configurations, and planning future roadmap needs across connected tools.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $65.00 to $70.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Configure, optimize, and maintain Airtable applications supporting vendor management and contract lifecycle workflows.
- Build and manage Airtable automations, interfaces, and custom scripts to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Design and implement integrations between Airtable and enterprise systems using APIs, scripting, or middleware.
- Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and stakeholders to define sprint goals and deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions with clean data architecture and intuitive UX.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing bases for performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Document configuration and integration decisions and provide knowledge transfer to internal team members.
Experience Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience configuring low-code/no-code platforms with a strong focus on Airtable.
- Proven delivery of production-ready Airtable solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Deep understanding of Airtable formulas, automations, interfaces, and custom JavaScript scripting in Airtable.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Airtable and enterprise systems via APIs or middleware.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Experience supporting vendor management or contract lifecycle tools (preferred).
- Familiarity with enterprise environments, data governance, and compliance practices (preferred).
- Background in product configuration, business analysis, or technical consulting (preferred).
- Some backend coding experience (preferred).
Education Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
