They are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their incredible team.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst:

  • Elicit requirements and develop user stories through interviews and systems procedures/documentation
  • Document business processes and understand business and technical workflow of software components
  • Work with technical and testing teams to define, test, implement functional requirements
  • Reverse engineer applications to capture and document requirements
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure BA project goals are being met
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and schedule user stories
  • Support Scrum ceremonies

Requirements of the Senior Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Engineering discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst for complex enterprise-level software development and integration projects
  • At least 5 years of experience facilitating and eliciting requirements from stakeholders
  • At least 5 years of experience with the SDLC, documenting and tracking requirements throughout
  • At least 3 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
