Job Description

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a multi-year contract opportunity supporting an enterprise organization in the financial services and asset management space. A mature change management practice is in place, and this need is for someone to impact and drive process improvement and change management projects across various verticals (Sales, Marketing, HR, Investment, Technology, etc.) within the enterprise.

This role requires a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Work will start 100% remotely due to COVID, all interviews will be conducted virtually, and expect start date is mid-end of November.

  • Lead process improvement projects from inception to implementation aimed at enhancing Business Unit sales growth, client satisfaction and/or productivity.
  • Create strategic partnerships with business unit leadership to drive lean six sigma adoption across the enterprise.
  • Define execution roadmaps that quantify, and sequence improvement opportunities based on business needs and value.
  • Outline flexible execution approaches that align the improvement opportunity with the right methodology to deliver measurable improvements in growth, satisfaction and/or productivity.
  • Project manage the execution of recommendations and effectively manage change by working with cross-functional stakeholders through implementation and change management plans.
  • Provide coaching, training and support to direct report(s), consultants and/or BU associates practicing continuous improvement methodologies aimed at increasing performance and developing competencies.
  • Leads change across the enterprise
  • Leverages data and analysis to shape and influence stakeholder behavior
  • Establishes milestones and goals to rally support
  • Uses data to identify where continuous improvement is necessary


  • Expert level Salesforce development experience
  • Strong Lightning Development Experience
  • Experience with ancillary tools in Salesforce: Omni Channel, VisualForce, Apex and LWC
  • Agile delivery experience is a  major plus
  • Mulesoft or related technology experience
  • Data migration experience
  • Experience with DevOps Tools
  • Front end technologies: HTML, CSS, Java Script, JQuery
