Job Description

Our gaming client is seeking a Senior CRM Analyst to help drive cross-functional publishing efforts on behalf of their mobile games.

The ideal candidate is a master of all things data, with a keen interest in leveraging analysis and data integration to enable the most cutting-edge email marketing and related direct-digital capabilities to date.

Requirements of the Senior CRM Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in database development, analysis, and/or engineering
  • Comfortable with multiple database concepts, understanding of relational databases and SQL and writing complex SQL statement
  • Previous experience with large-scale REST APIs and data modeling
  • Knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure (e.g. AWS) and considerations for scalable, distributed systems
  • Experience as a gamer or strong interest in the gaming industry preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP a major plus
