Responsibilities of the Senior Desktop Support Specialist:
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests over the phone
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise customer support center SLAs in all aspects of work
  • Resolve Tier 1/2/3 technical issues effectively
  • Provide on-call support as assigned
Requirements of the Senior Desktop Support Specialist:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science preferred
  • Certification in MS Windows OS, A+, Network+, MCDST, ITIL v3 or equivalent preferred
  • At least 3 years of technical customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Proficiency in ITIL incident, service request, and problem management practices
  • Proficiency in call tracking and documentation systems and technical support concepts
