Our client is a large U.S. financial institution and Fortune 500 company operating a significant branch and ATM network across multiple states. The organization provides a broad range of banking services and maintains a long history through predecessor institutions dating back to the early 20th century.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $85.00 to $95.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS or similar platforms.
- Automate deployments and infrastructure using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Support Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized application environments.
- Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues across systems, applications, and networks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen reliability and deployment workflows.
Experience Requirements:

- 5+ years in SRE, Systems Engineering, DevOps, Software Development, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong background with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
- Intermediate-level experience with Terraform.
- Solid scripting or programming experience in Go, Python, Bash, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and production environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or CloudWatch.
- Experience working in Agile environments (preferred).
- Experience in highly regulated environments (preferred).
- Experience with Consul or Vault for service discovery and secrets management (preferred).
- Background supporting multiple cloud environments and regions (preferred).
