Responsibilities of the IT Asset Management Analyst:
  • Drive the evolution of IT Asset Management program
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to established enterprise project management standards
  • Analyze business process and IT operational trends to provide insightful reporting
  • Maintain acceptable service performance levels in terms of data collection, issue resolution, and reporting
Requirements of the IT Asset Management Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in application development and support for diverse platform environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment: excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with large scale project management
