Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior IT Technical Analyst with our leading technology client in Round Rock.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Senior IT Technical Analyst:

  • Install and maintain hardware and software components to support large user groups
  • Perform preventative maintenance, testing, and repair of equipment
  • Analyze basic business needs and recommend ways to optimize PC hardware resources
  • Provide a positive customer experience with each customer interaction
  • Support, maintain, and install LAN systems

Requirements of the Senior IT Technical Analyst:

  • Ability to perform software installs, data back ups, OS installs, and re-imaging
  • Understanding of remote access, VPN, MS Outlook, and Skype
