Job Description

Our client, one of the world's oldest biotechnology companies, is seeking a Senior Medical IT Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Senior Medical IT Business Analyst:

  • Provide system analysis planning and monitoring, including system impact analysis, to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Elicit, manage, and communicate requirements, including requirements gathering workshops, the use of user stories, test script mapping, and wireframe creation
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements using a solutions-based approach to create a product and business life cycle roadmap 
  • Assist QA Team with test case preparation and execution and deliver traceability matrix reports
  • Develop detailed UAT scripts that map to business requirements and facilitate execution 

Requirements of the Senior Medical IT Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a system analyst, with a strong understanding of techniques, methodologies, and tools
  • Knowledge and experience with medical information and distributed systems, and regulatory requirements preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude, skill set, and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Lync, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
  • Experience with Salesforce and Veeva preferred
