Job Description

Are you a highly skilled Network Security Architect with an interest in working for a top government integrator? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our leading client in Greenbelt.

Due to federal security contract requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities of the Senior Network Security Architect:

  • Provide daily support for organizational network security operations as part of enterprise cyber security program
  • Research and evaluate; perform in-depth analyze and assessment of threats to customer networks and infrastructure
  • Review, analyze, and correlate network and security incidents from multiple monitoring systems to identify threats
  • Work across teams to conduct cyber intelligence analysis to develop an understanding of threat, objectives, and activities 
  • Help to determine network security vulnerabilities, gather remediation requirements, and recommend solutions

Requirements of the Senior Network Security Architect:

  • Experience with Cisco ASA/Firepower, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and Cisco VPN
  • CISSP is nice to have; CCNP Security is preferred
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience working with and delivering presentations to management
