Job Description

Are you a senior-level consultant with extensive organizational development and design experience, coupled with strong facilitation skills? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our leading client in Westwood! This role may require travel throughout MA, NH, and CT.

Responsibilities of the Senior Organizational Development Consultant:

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide organizational change and development initiatives
  • Develop processes and programs to ensure leadership development and succession management
  • Create and deliver programs to build employee and organizational effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively to identify opportunities/problems, evaluate potential interventions, and deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Incorporate diversity and inclusion concepts, employee engagement, and customer experience in all initiatives
  • Participate in strategic discussions and planning with senior leadership

Requirements of the Senior Organizational Development Consultant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, Psychology, or related; or, equivalent experience
  • At least 7 years of consulting experience in multiple areas: organizational change, training and development, leadership and performance management
  • At least 1 year of experience in change management and knowledge of change management theory and techniques
  • Strong and substantial experience working at all levels of an organization and developing and implementing integration organizational change strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of organization development theory, practices, and process management tools
  • Facilitation, curriculum design, and training experience required
  • Ability to recognize change impacts and develop appropriate response
  • Ability to use desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Effective written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout NH, MA, and CT
