Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a passionate Senior Project Coordinator with our large and stable client in Boston.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Coordinator:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, hours, budgets, and spending to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings; chair and facilitate project meetings and distribute minutes to team members
  • Document and follow up on important action items and decisions stemming from meetings
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings and determine project changes
  • Ensure projects adhere to established frameworks and appropriate documentation is maintained
  • Ensure stakeholder views and expectations are effectively managed
  • Create a project management calendar for each goal and objective
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements of the Senior Project Coordinator:

  • Experience working on large programs/projects in the role of Project Coordinator or Project Manager, with multiple leads/PMs
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team
  • Proficient in MS Project, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative processes
  • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal (including presentations)
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
