Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
  • Monitor, manage, and ensure predictable delivery of the project and meet deadlines
  • Drive delivery and accountability of internal staff, vendors, and third-party project managers
  • Enable identify and escalate risks and issues that require attention in a timely manner
  • Communicate project status to leadership
  • Monitor resources both internal as well as external vendors and partners
  • Ensure that projects are high quality and delivered according to committed scope, approved budget, and target dates
Requirements of the Senior Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, or Life Sciences-related field required
  • At least 5-7 years project management experience 
  • At least 8+ years in IT
  • Experience with regulated systems projects, GxP-validated systems and associated SDLC
  • Experience with third party vendor management
  • Experience with system integration, OKTA SSO, data migration, retirement and data archival
  • PMP certification or equivalent
