Job Description

Are you an experienced and driven Agilist? Do you have experience teaching SAFe 5.0? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our Fortune 500 client in Dallas.

Responsibilities of the Senior SAFe Trainer:
  • Guide leadership teams through Agile practices, roles and responsibilities, tools, and techniques
  • Provide continuous guidance and feedback 
  • Answer practical questions to help team put Agile training into action
 Requirements of the Senior SAFe Trainer:
  • SPC5 with experience leading and teaching SAFe 5.0 course
  • Experience training at the leadership level
  • Ability to speak authoritatively and respond to powerful, strategic questions
  • Clear and effective communication skills, excellent ability to lead classroom instruction
  • Strong meeting and training facilitation skills
  • Experience navigating enterprise IT environments
  • Understanding of how to guide large IT organizations toward CI/CD practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science a plus; real-world experience more important
