Our client's organization is transitioning to Agile and Scrum and is looking for Senior Scrum Masters to join their team in Irving, Texas.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Scrum Master:
  • Lead scrum teams to successfully deliver customer product increments
  • Guide, coach, and empower the team to facilitate progress
  • Provide agile leadership and training, assessing the team’s agile maturity and improve the team’s velocity
  • Work with the Engineering leadership team to provide project information to coordinate activities between scrum teams
Requirements of the Senior Scrum Master:
  • At least 5 years experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team 
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM) and experience serving as a Scrum Master during an agile transformation
  • Experience in agile measurement techniques and in establishing metrics for tracking team effectiveness and velocity
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA, or at least a working knowledge of how a Scrum Master works with JIRA (defect tracking, etc.)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
