We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Scrum Master with our industry-leading client in New York. In this role, you will drive Agile project management for teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Senior Scrum Master:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily scrum calls, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Manage resources, guide Agile processes, and remove impediments to success
  • Collaborate closely with client product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders

Requirements of the Senior Scrum Master:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA desired
  • CSM, CSPO, CSD, or equivalent Agile certifications required
  • At least 5 years of relevant management and liaison experience
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading Agile teams
  • Experience with Jira, Rally, or Version One in an Agile environment
  • Expert knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban practices and methodologies
