We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Scrum Master with our industry-leading client in San Francisco.

Responsibilities of the Senior Scrum Master:

  • Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Enable Scrum or Kanban as software development framework for multiple software delivery teams
  • Work with release manager for planning production deployments
  • Offer coaching to team to improve adoption of Agile principles
  • Communicate team progress and protect team from distractions
  • Further Agile understanding within the organization
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy
  • Ensure team goals are met and update metrics daily
  • Support new Agile teams

Requirements of the Senior Scrum Master:

  • Focused on agility in the enterprise with a solid understanding of Agile at scale
  • Ability to pinpoint appropriate Agile techniques to build transparency and adoption
  • Ability to remove impediments to team success
