Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Scrum Master to join our industry-leading client to guide development teams through an Agile transformation.

Requirements of the Senior Scrum Master:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) required
  • At least 5 years of experience in full life cycle infrastructure, development, or maintenance projects
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master for multiple teams
  • Ability to facilitate discussions of different problem-solving techniques
  • Thorough knowledge of Agile: Kanban, sprint and iteration planning, task definition, backlog grooming
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in a diverse environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization 
  • Effective influencing, negotiation, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • SAFe certification/PMP certification preferred
