Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer with our industry-leading client in Tampa. This is a great role for professional growth and playing a mentor role.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Systems Engineer: 

  • Manage infrastructure providing mission-critical systems
  • Ensure appropriate standards and thorough patching of OS/applications
  • Set up service accounts and create and maintain system documentation
  • Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation
  • Short-term deployment to austere global locations may be required

Requirements of the Senior Systems Engineer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline 
  • At least 8 years of experience in systems administration, engineering, and analysis
  • Comprehensive experience with Windows infrastructure required
  • Ability to meet DOD 8570 requirements and IAT level II eligibility (Security+ CE or equivalent)
  • Must obtain ITIL V4 Foundation within six months of hire
